No, we do not charge for consultation. We are happy to answer all your queries at free of cost either at office or at your site.

What does the price include?

The price quote includes planning, designing, materials and labor cost.

How much time will the construction take?

Every project will have a different timeline for completion considering factors such as site dimensions, location etc. We at Nakhsha Homes are committed to deliver the project on time using only the best quality of materials and experienced engineers.

How many years have you been in business?

We have been in the business for nearly a decade. We have industry experts who have more than 20+ years of experience in the same domain.

Do you provide home loan assistance?

Yes, we do have tie-up with leading banks that can offer home loans.

What are your office timings?

Monday – Friday: 9:30am to 6:30pm
Saturday: 9:30am to 4:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am to 3pm (sales team only)

I already have a package in mind, can you consult?

Yes, we can be specific to the package you want and deliver your project.

Do you provide warranty and guarantee?

Yes, we do provide structural & waterproofing guarantee for the package chosen by you.

Do you have designs for my house?

Yes, we do have a package exclusively for your house. Please drop-in to our office to discuss the same.

What are the payment stages for construction?

It depends on total built-up area and number of floors. The payment stages vary from 17 to 22 stages for G+1 construction.

Are there any hidden costs (i.e., transportation, delivery, drawings etc.?)

No, there aren’t any hidden costs. All costs for transportation/ material delivery, drawing plans, structural and services design etc. are included in the package cost.

What are the exclusions under each package?

A detailed list will be provided to the client upon finalization of floor plan and package.

I live out of town; can I still build?

Yes, you will be given daily updates on WhatsApp by our engineers and office to regularly monitor your project.
